Receptionist Responsibilities in Office Administration and Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them promptly and accurately to the relevant team members.
- Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, manage calendars, and support scheduling requirements across the business.
- Maintain the appearance and organisation of the reception area and communal spaces to the highest standard.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier arrangements efficiently.
- Support office administration tasks including document preparation, filing, and basic data entry.
- Assist with event planning, hospitality, and onsite coordination for guests and staff as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols for all visitors and employees.
- Facilitate smooth communication between teams, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
Essential Skills and Experience for Reception and Office Support
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and approachable manner.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with general office technology.
