Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Role

Essential Skills and Experience in Sales Management
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or management position.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive marketplace.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications for the Sales Manager Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.
